Sigung James personally trains each instructor to ensure they understand not just the techniques, but the responsibility of shaping young lives.
Absolutely. Every instructor undergoes comprehensive background screening before working with students. We take the safety of your family seriously, it's non-negotiable. Our instructors are also trained in recognizing signs of bullying, abuse, and mental health challenges in children.
Our instructors specialize in specific age ranges, preschool, elementary, preteen, teen, and adult. A 4-year-old needs playful engagement and positive reinforcement. A 14-year-old needs challenge and respect. A 40-year-old needs practical application and injury prevention.
We match instructors to programs based on their strengths, personality, and proven track record with that age group.
Yes. We intentionally keep class sizes small, typically 12-16 students per instructor. This allows our instructors to correct form, provide individual feedback, and notice when a student is struggling or excelling.
Every instructor knows every student by name, remembers their goals, and tracks their progress personally.
We believe martial arts training builds character first, skills second. Our instructors focus on respect, discipline, and mental toughness, the foundation that makes technique meaningful. We push students to challenge themselves, but never break their spirit. Tough love, high standards, and genuine care, that's how we teach.
Of course. Schedule a free trial class and you'll meet the instructor who teaches your child's age group. Watch how they run the class, how they interact with students, and how they handle discipline and encouragement.
Most parents tell us that watching the trial class is what convinced them to enroll.
